What happens when AI stops making recommendations and starts taking actions?
I'm Apostolos Chardalias, a builder working at the intersection of AI, software infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
I'm the founder of Hardalion, where we are building Nexus, a full agentic AI platform designed to bridge the gap between AI reasoning and real-world execution.
My focus is a simple but increasingly important question:
What happens when AI stops making recommendations and starts taking actions?
I believe the next generation of AI will not be defined only by how intelligent models become, but by how reliably they can operate inside the systems that run the real economy.
That means building infrastructure that can determine what an AI system is allowed to do, when a human should intervene, and how every consequential action can be verified.
My background sits across programming, cybersecurity, technology infrastructure and financial systems. I'm particularly interested in complex, high-trust environments where software cannot simply be intelligent. It has to be predictable, controllable and accountable.
Beyond Hardalion, I spend my time studying technology, building systems, experimenting with AI and connecting with people working on difficult problems at the edge of what software can do.
I'm interested in building infrastructure that becomes impossible to ignore once autonomous systems become part of everyday enterprise operations.
